Tanwars PDF Pro – Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Tanwars PDF Pro is an offline desktop application for working with PDF files. The app does not collect, store, share or transmit any personal data.

2. Documents you process

All PDF and other files that you open in the app are processed only on your own computer. They are never uploaded to any server. New files are saved only in the folder you choose.

3. Passwords and DSC PINs

Passwords and digital signature certificate (DSC) PINs that you enter are used only in your computer’s memory for the current task. They are never saved or transmitted.

4. No accounts, analytics or advertising

The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no cookies and no advertisements.

5. Internet access

The app does not need the internet to process files. The social-media and website links shown in the app open in your web browser only if you click them. The “HTML to PDF” tool runs with internet access blocked.

6. Third-party programs

Some optional tools use programs that you install yourself, such as Microsoft Office or LibreOffice, Microsoft Edge, Tesseract-OCR, Ghostscript and your DSC token driver. These programs run on your computer and are governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Children

The app is a professional tool and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
